For this beach club on Long Island, we designed an acropolis of shingle-style pavilions on a deck above the dunes. The panoramic ocean views from the event, the dining pavilions, and the comfortable lounge chairs on the decks are remarkable. A “fortress” of bathhouses protects the end of the complex.
The double-height, columned entry pavilion welcomes visitors with a grand staircase that ascends to sweeping ocean views at the top.
